Liposuction or tummy tuck first?

Lipo can be safely combined with other procedures; however, the upper abdomen cannot be aggressively liposuctioned at the time of the TT due to blood supply issues. Having the lipo prior to the TT will allow more skin to be removed because less fat is present. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your anatomy and recommend staging of the mommy makeover procedures.
